This extra virgin olive oil is produced in Quinzano, at the northern climatic limit of olive cultivation, where olive growing has a long-standing tradition. Made exclusively from estate-grown olives, primarily Grignano and Favarolo—typical varietals of the Valpolicella area—it reflects the character of its origin.

The olives are hand-picked at optimal ripeness and rapidly pressed to preserve freshness and balance. The oil has a delicate profile, without bitterness, and a lightly piquant finish, making it ideal for professional kitchens. Its balanced flavor complements both cold and warm dishes, enhancing ingredients without overpowering them—well suited for restaurants, catering, and fine dining applications.
