This is a fruity and floral wine obtained from Garganega grapes native to the Gambellara Doc area and produced from one of the oldest vineyards in our hills, Ca’ Fischele. This wine is aged in steel tanks and has a pale straw yellow color.
In the nose, intense fruity and floral notes. It is dry, with good acidity and a strong minerality, distinctive of our volcanic soil.

Vinification
Brief description: after grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed, the juice is clari-fied by cold stabilization and then inoculated with selected pure yeasts.. Fermentation equipment - stainless steel tanks
