Durello Lessini DOC Brut magnum

This is a dry sparkling wine, fresh and elegant, made from Durella grapes native to the Lessini Mountains. It matures in stainless steel tanks with the long Charmat method. It has distinctive straw yellow color and a fine and persistent finish. On the nose, it is floral with pear notes. It has good acidity typical of the variety and strong minerality emblematic of these volcanic soils.

Vinification

Brief Description - Soft pressing of the grapes, subsequent static sedimentation at low temperature and inoculation on the limpid using selected yeasts; frothing using the Charmat method with aging on the lees for 3-4 months.
