Lessini Durello Cuvée Serafino

Classic method sparkling wine made from Durella grapes obtained by refermentation in the bottle and aging on the yeasts for at least 80 months.

Wine of great elegance, fullness and persistence. Bright straw yellow color and fine perlage.

The nose is complex with notes of small pastries, citrus fruits and white flowers. 

On the palate it has a strong, harmonious and energetic flavour, with great acidity and excellent flavour.

Description

Straw yellow color, with fine perlage, of exceptional elegance, fullness and persistence Hints of: wisteria, broom, yeasts, white peach, small pastries and citrus fruits. Evolutionary notes of honey and mint.

Decisive, harmonious, energetic flavour, with great acidity and excellent sapidity.
