CHARACTERISTICS

This oil has an intense, fruity, and spicy flavor. It's made with Coratina olives, which are pressed directly with fresh, hot chili peppers at the oil mill. No artificial flavors or extracts are added.

SUGGESTED USE

Ideal for many Mediterranean dishes, such as pasta, gnocchi, risotto, pizza, soups, legumes, and salads. It's also delicious with chili con carne, tofu, and seitan.

STORAGE

Our oils are already very well protected against oxidation by filtration, their high polyphenol content (over 800 mg/kg), and the dark bottles. Nevertheless, we recommend protecting the oils from light and heat. For example, don't place them too close to the stovetop; instead, store them in a kitchen cupboard or pantry.
