Coratina oil is blended with organic essential oils extracted from the fennel plant.  

Cold-pressed / Filtered / Organic

SUGGESTIONS

 Ideal with filet or roast pork, but also with fish such as sardines, hake, and salmon. 

For those who love vegetarian and vegan recipes, we recommend experimenting with seitan and tofu-based dishes using these infused oils. 

We recommend always using our infused oils raw to better preserve their fragrance and aroma. Try them alternately with cooked or grilled vegetables. They can add a new flavor dimension to summer salads.

STORAGE

 Our oils are already very well protected against oxidation by filtration, their high polyphenol content (over 800 mg/kg), and the dark bottles. Nevertheless, we recommend storing the oils away from light and heat. For example, do not place them too close to the cooking plates, but instead store them in the kitchen cupboard or in the pantry.
