Until the early 20th century, raspberries were considered a medicinal fruit, prescribed in European courts for their remarkable virtues. When fresh fruit was unavailable, the finest Master Preservers cratied exquisite jams, skillfully intertwining the fruit’s essence with pure cane sugar to preserve its delicate properties. Our jam is a tribute to that tradition, made from a closely guarded recipe passed down through generations.
