Marachelle is an italian word for prank-jooke: a trick that is intended to be funny, but not to cause harm or damage.
This name represent the trick of blending the durella with chardonnay, which give at the wine much more body and softness. This is a funky wine, for everyday, for friends, party moments, for watch a movie, for pizza and also for fish and chips.
WINEMAKING
This wine is obtained by a second fermentation in the bottle, the wine stay in the bottle with the lees, so it ‘s possible to drink is clean (with the lees in the bottom of the bottle) or a little bit cloudy (if you shake the bottle), depends by the taste of the consumer.
TASTING NOTES
Color light yellow. At nose fruity fragrances, very powerful nose, which reminse the fermentation. At the mouth is tasty and fragrant, light sparkling.
